Sometimes we feel things are not happening the way they should be. This can bring a lot of Trauma and frustration within us. If we don't speak our hearts out, we will never be able to bend the reality around us. It starts with sharing your thoughts and emotions with others. However, we don't always find the right environment around us to speak what is inside us. So this is the golden opportunity to express your thoughts.
